About Department

Examinations are a vital part of academic evaluation and student assessment. The Office of the Controller of Examinations (CoE) is a confidential unit that ensures the integrity and efficiency of the examination process. The Examination Cell is headed by the Chief Superintendent and supported by the Officer In-Charge of Examinations and other staff members. The CoE maintains an effective and transparent examination system and serves as an intermediary between the college departments and the university by organizing both internal and external examinations. The cell oversees all exam-related activities, including scheduling, smooth conduct of exams, result processing, issuance of student documents, and adherence to JNTUH regulations. The Officer In-Charge also coordinates with the Principal on all examination matters. Any information received from, or required to be sent to, the university is managed by the Examination Cell.
